Perched on the hillside above Dunkeld, this track has plenty of golfing pedigree.
The original course, situated in Birnam, was designed by Old Tom Morris in 1892 and the club has since been considered not only one of the most picturesque in Highland Perthshire, but one of the best, too.
Extended to 18 holes in 2000, this course provides stunning views of the local scenery and is framed by the majesty of the Loch of Lowes. This is well worth a visit for golfers who like a bit more than a great round of golf.
