Lumphanan Golf Club

Lumphanan is a classic hillside nine-hole course set in glorious surroundings on Royal Deeside in Aberdeenshire.

Measuring just 3,718 yards for a full 18 holes with a par of 62, this is a fantastic layout for beginner golfers looking to hone their skills out on the course. The holes offer tremendous views of the surrounding countryside, but there is also an exciting and varied test on this parkland for the most seasoned players. Some narrow fairways protected by bunkers and trees demand accuracy off the tee. The elevated par-3 ninth is among a number of memorable holes, with precision required to play over ancient beech trees of finding the gap between them.
