Another golf course that fell victim of World War II, when the land was used as a grenade range, Insch Golf Club was reopened in 1982 as a nine-hole course, which was extended to the full 18 we know today in 1996.

Set in rural Aberdeenshire, nestling among the dinstinct peaks of Bennachie and Dunnyder, Insch is a true parkland gem.

The course tops out at 5,371 yards, but don't let that fool you. There is plenty here to test anyone's game, from tree-lined fairways, to undulating greens, and water hazards galore.
