Situated within the boundaries of the city of Edinburgh, near the Royal Observatory on Blackford Hill, Craigmillar Park is a parkland course with panoramic views over the city of Edinburgh to East Lothian and the Perthshire Hills. The club was constituted in 1895 and moved to its present location in 1925. The club prides itself on the presentation of the course, the quality of it\'s greens and the warmth of welcome in the clubhouse.
The course is 5825-yards long and hosts the prestigious 72-hole Craigmillar Park Open in early April each year. Former winners include Nick Faldo, recent British Amateur Champion Craig Watson and Lloyd Saltman.

\r\n Access from Edinburgh City Bypass by leaving at Straiton Junction and following the signs for the City Centre (A701). After about 3 miles, at the botto of Liberton Brae, take the left fork past the Kings Buildings Campus of Edinburgh University. At the traffic lights, turn left into West Mains Road. After 800 yards, turn left at the red stone arch as the road bends to the right.\r\n
