We’ve already seen Bubba Watson and co put the Ping iBlade irons in play. Luke Donald was seen with a Mizuno JPX900 driver prototype two weeks ago and now Hideki Matsuyama has been spotted with a set of prototype forged Srixon Z765 irons in the bag at the Memorial Tournament.
Srixon’s Z45 forged irons have proved extremely popular since their launch at the start of 2015 and it looks like there are new models on the way.

Callaway has become famous for its themed major staff bags and gear and the 2016 US Open is no different.
The black and gold design is a nod to the city of Pittsburgh, which is just 30 minutes from this year’s US Open host venue, while details including the Church Pew zippers and bag straps pay tribute to the challenge its players will be taking on.
Other US Open goodies from the brand include Odyssey putter headcovers and ball marker coins.
Just revealed our Oakmont bags, headcovers & coins on #FBLive!

There’s very little to be said about this. Just sit back and marvel at the wonder of this beautiful Scotty Cameron putter.

While most would assume the pros are using all the latest gear, that’s not always the case. Take Webb Simpson for example.
The 2012 US Open champion uses these Titleist 680 Forged irons, which were first introduced in 2003, and you can buy your own full set for just $105 according to the PGA.com value guide.
All things considered, they’re still in great condition.

The Dustin Johnson putter merry-go-round continued this week at the Memorial Tournament. He started with a Scotty Cameron Newport 2, switched to an Edel Brick, continued with the Edel Brick and then changed back this week to his Scotty Cameron Newport 2.
Just pick one already, Dustin!
