TaylorMade reveal RBZ Stage 2 woods

New TaylorMade RBZ line is said to be longer than RocketBallz

TaylorMade has launched the RBZ Stage 2 driver and RBZ Stage 2 fairway woods and rescues, the next generation of the massively popular RocketBallz line.

The new RBZ Stage 2 driver is said to be “faster and longer” than the original driver and has already been given rave reviews by TaylorMade’s roster of tour players, including Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson and Jason Day. The aerodynamics of the club have been improved while the clubface has been increased in size so that you have a much larger hitting area – this means the club is easier to hit, and longer than before. An RBZ Stage 2 Tour version will also be available.

Characterised by its unique crown graphic which enhances alignment, the RBZ Stage 2 driver also features TaylorMade’s Loft-Sleeve technology, which gives players the ability to easily tune loft and club face angle to fit their swing.

“It’s hard to imagine bringing a driver to market that out-performs the original RocketBallz driver,” said Todd Beach, Vice President of metalwoods R&D. “Making the head of the RBZ Stage 2 driver more aerodynamic while also making the clubface larger was a tremendous challenge and succeeding was critical to promoting performance that’s superior to the first generation RBZ driver.”

Here’s the plus points on the TaylorMade RBZ Stage 2 driver:

Faster and longer than the original RocketBallz driver

Expansive 4,100 square-millimeter clubface gives the golfer substantially more
