The Glasgow club has submitted a planning application to build the flats on club-owned land that would raise over £1 million.
The submission also includes a request to create a residential development, the formation of a new vehicular access plus parking and ancillary works.
The sale of the land comes as the club hope to generate funds that can be re-invested into the golf club so that it can continue to provide first-class facilities to its members. Should the club complete the sale of the land and the planning application be approved they are looking to take the club to the next level with course improvements, the creation of indoor driving facilities and an extension to the clubhouse itself.
