DONALD TRUMP has paid tribute to one of the men charged with creating his incredible Trump International Golf Link Scotland as he embarks on a new career.
Danish golf course architect Caspar Grauballe has made the decision to start his own company, Golf Course Architecture by Caspar, after 15 years under the guidance of Martin Hawtree, whose company were employed to set out Trump’s first Scottish course at Balmedie.
Grauballe has also been involved in works on prestigious links Royal Aberdeen, Ballybunion, Portmarnock and Lahinch with Hawtree Ltd, earning praise from none other than Trump himself.
“Caspar is a dedicated and highly professional golf course architect and a master craftsman,” said the American billionaire businessman. “He has an in-depth understanding of the game of golf and what it takes to make a golf course that challenges and inspires every player.”
