Swiss golf resort unveils ‘all you can play’ special deal
By SCG Newsdesk
This year, for the first time, golfers staying four nights or more at the world-famous Kulm Hotel St. Moritz can take advantage of an ‘All You Can Play’ offer, with free golf at the two courses at Samedan and Zuoz, as well as Kulm’s nine-holer.
The Engadine Valley, where St. Moritz is located, has gained a reputation as a golfer’s paradise thanks to the Alpine panoramas of fertile green landscapes, dramatic mountain backdrops and deep blue summer skies.
Over 120 years ago, in 1891, the Kulm Golf St. Moritz became the first nine-hole course in Switzerland, with vistas over Lake St. Moritz. A course upgrade in 2001 by Mario Verdieri improved the greens and brought the layout up to date.
In 1893, Samedan became the first 18-hole golf course in Switzerland to open its doors. A classic parkland track, Samedan is set on gently rolling terrain and offers spectacular views from the valley up to the surrounding majestic peaks.
It features broad fairways flanked by ancient, giant larch trees, some of which are over 700-years-old, whilst numerous water features of little lakes and streams ensure it is a challenging test for any golfer.
In addition to complimentary green fees at all three courses, guests at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz have unlimited free access to the Kulm Spa St. Moritz, sports facilities, and all the open mountain railways in the Engadin/St. Moritz region and public transportation in the valley.
To qualify for the ‘All You Can Play’ offer, simply book four consecutive nights at the hotel before September 3. Rates start from £380 for two sharing a double/twin room on a half-board basis.
