Entries are being sought for the Inverness Four Day Open will be held in the week commencing July 2, 2018.
With two days of qualifying rounds on Monday and Tuesday, the top 16 qualifiers from the sections battle it out in the matchplay.
The four day open prize list is amongst the highest in the north, with the winners in each section in this year’s contest getting £200 to £300 in vouchers. The total prize fund for the 2017 staging was over £4,500, with a hole in one cash prize of £1,000 on the par-3s.
The event is backed by PGA Tour star Russell Knox, who hails from Inverness.
“The 4 Day Open is always one of the highlights of the north golf calendar and I have many happy memories of the ‘Four Day’, winning the title in 2004 to 2006.”
The James Braid-designed course is always in immaculate condition and prides itself on the quality of the greens.
