BLAIRGOWRIE GOLF CLUB recently installed new signage to recognise the legendary Scottish architects who helped shape the club.
Old Tom Morris, Dr Alister MacKenzie and James Braid are all household names for golfers around the world, and all three had lasting impacts on the Perthshire club.
The plaques go along with photographs on each tee box, showcasing which designers had an impact on each hole.
"It has become clear to me that Blairgowrie owes a huge debt to the various celebrated architects who have been involved over more than 130 years," said Robin Duncan, resident club historian.
"Who did what and where and why has created a confusing puzzle. There have been so many changes to the lay-outs over the decades.
"There can't be many golf clubs which can claim to have been influenced by three of the most famous Scots golf courses architects of all-time."
