Course Description

Set in the heart of Fife, it's not difficult to understand why this championship course is normally on people's minds when they are thinking about Scotland's leading courses. It's an absolute gem as far as an inland test is concerned, hence the reason it has played host to many a professional and amateur tournament over the years. The fairways are lined with heather and trees, meaning that accuracy is a far more important weapon than length on this particular course. Used as a final qualifying course when the Open is at St Andrews and its stature is highlighted by the fact that Jack Nicklaus and Seve Ballesteros are both honorary members.
