Cupar is located on the outskirts of the town, just ten miles west of St Andrews.

Overseas visitors are regularly to be found at the historic course as it is believed to be the oldest continuous nine-hole golf club in the world, while being only fifteen minutes from the Home of Golf, it would be rude not to visit.

Cupar is a hilly parkland course that boasts small, tight greens. They are cut into the hillside and are always in immaculate condition, and that is really what to expect here.

Generally, the course is quite compact, with the longest hole being only 417 yards.

The first hole, a par-3, eases you gently into the round while the par-3 ninth allows you to finish your round in style.
