FootJoy launch A/W Apparel Collection

FootJoy has launched its A/W Performance Apparel Collection featuring exciting new additions across the company’s Outer, Mid and Base Layers.

Kicking off the FootJoy range is the DryJoys Select rain jacket (£295) and rain trousers (£200), the most technologically-advanced category the brand has ever created with 25,000mm of waterproof protection, while remaining incredibly lightweight.

The DryJoys Tour XP range (rain jacket £200; rain shirt £185; rain trousers £165) has been updated and, along with the DryJoys Select range, now has a patent-pending StaDry Collar, which FJ designers created from feedback received from players at all levels of the game.

FJ’s tour-proven DryJoys Tour XP and HydroLite suits complement DryJoys Select in FJ’s fully-waterproof outerwear offering for 2015, each featuring fresh patterns and all-new colourways.

The water-resistant FJ Hybrid Jacket and Vest are also carried into the 2015 line, while the FJ Thermal Fleece Jacket (£120) is an exciting introduction with fleece-insulated panels that have been placed in specific areas of the upper body.

Brand new for this year is the FJ Performance Wind Shell Mid-Layer (£90), offering the functionality of a wind-resistant, woven garment with the feel of a knit. Further additions to the mid-layer category are the Berkeley and Jupiter Collection Performance Shirts (£45-£55), available from mid-summer, allowing golfers to freshen up their wardrobes for the second half of the season.

Just as important for the winter months is a base layer and in the ProDry Performance Thermal Base Layer (£40) and ProDry Performance Seamless Base Layer (£55), both play a crucial role in maintaining body temperature, while hoping to increase comfort and breathability.

The FJ Essentials Collection is back and stronger than ever, while the Women’s Essentials range sees the return of the FJ HydroLite Suit (rain jacket £140; rain trousers £90), and the FJ Quilted Jacket (£90) along with four new Base Layers (£40) and new options in the Full-Zip Knit Sweaters (£55-£80).
