A venue steeped in tradition, Glasgow Golf Club is where golf in the West of Scotland started way back in 1787.
It is the world's ninth oldest golf club and is unique in that it operates two golf courses 35 miles apart. The Killermont course, which is located just five miles outside Glasgow City Centre, is one of the finest parkland offerings across Scotland. The undulating layout was designed by Old Tom Morris in 1904 and was modified by James Braid two decades later. It is an exclusive private member's club which can only be played by visitors who are guests of a member.
