Auchenharvie is situated between the town of Stevenson and Saltcoats and is a nine-hole course that can be played as an 18-hole.
The course is one that looks easy to play, but, in fact, is quite a challenge with two water featured holes, long par threes and tight narrow greens. The feature hole would have to be the par four third. A slight dog-leg left, trouble lurks in the form of water to the left of the hole.
The ninth is also an interesting hole at 220-yards for a par three. The fact that this hole usually plays into the wind means that the hole more often than not plays like a par four.
