Designed by Harry Colt in 1921, this course enjoys spectacular views of the Firth of Forth, to the hills of Fife and westwards to the Edinburgh skyline. Essentially, Longniddry is a pleasant mix of links and parkland. There may be no par fives to test your mettle, but don't let that fool you. This course has no less than eight par fours all over 400-yards and, if there's a stiff westerly wind, it can be extremely hard to put a decent score together. Formerly an Open qualifier, Longniddry regularly hosts amateur events. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
