One of two stunning courses at Royal Aberdeen Golf Club, the Silverburn Course is a great addition alongside the highly-regarded Balgownie Links.

Very different to the all out links style of its sister course, Silverburn is an attractive short 18-holer with nine par-3s. Throughout, players will experience a mix of links and parkland golf, which is beautifully maintained and always a joy to play.

With a more laidback attitude and peaceful atmosphere, this will certainly be welcomed by golfers of all abilities who are after a practice round or something more relaxed.

The James Braid-design does still provide the exceptional service that is to be expected at the ancient Royal Aberdeen, though. There's nothing to worry about in the views department, either, as Silverburn still possesses the magical views out over the North Sea.
