Cawdor Castle dates from the late 14th century and was built as a private fortress by the Thanes of Cawdor. It boasts magnificent Scottish history and is always linked with Shakespeare's Macbeth.
It's golf course, despite being relatively short, is equally impressive. All in all, Cawdor Castle is a wonderful destination for a day's golf. The nine-hole course sits at 1, 429-yards and holds a remarkable course record of 28 which will take some beating. GREEN FEE KEY: £1-£15=£ £16-£30 = ££ £31-£50 = £££ £50+ =££££ |
