Carrbridge Golf Club was formed in 1980 but there has been a golf course on this site for many years. The course has been moulded around the natural contours of the land and so offers few man made hazards. Burns abound and there is water somewhere on every hole. The course rises to about 1, 000 feet to present excellent views of the Cairngorm Mountains.

For the past couple of years the condition of Carrbridge has improved beyond the club's wildest dreams and the greens are now recognised in the Spey Valley as some of the best.
