Get set for a 2017 to remember with Affordable Golf's custom fit service

Make this the season you realise your potential with help from one of Scotland's top golf retailers

By SCG Newsdesk

Every good golfer knows that you stand no chance of fulfilling your potential unless you give yourself the best chance to do so. That starts with having a set of custom fitted golf clubs. Quite simply, there is no substitute for having clubs that are tailored specifically to your requirements. Think of it this way: you wouldn't walk into a shop and buy a pair of shoes in the wrong size just because they're there and you like the way they look. You'd, instead, get a pair that fit. That's the approach you should be taking to buying golf clubs.

That's where Affordable Golf comes into its own. Firmly established as one of the country's leading golf retailers, Affordable Golf continues to go from strength to strength, year upon year. Based in the west of Scotland, it has two stores: one in East Kilbride and another in Glasgow City Centre (opposite the Daily Record building).

With free on-site parking available at both stores, you can pop in anytime to discuss your likes and dislikes in golf equipment, and, of course, go through the custom fitting process with its well-trained, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We believe that we offer a quality of custom fitting that you just don't get elsewhere, explained Mark Taylor, the owner of Affordable Golf. We use a combination of the latest cutting edge equipment, such as GC2 and FlightScope launch monitors, and highly-trained, expert staff to make sure you can leave with confidence that you've bought the right set of clubs for you.

We like to get to know our customers and find out about their likes and dislikes. That, we believe, is another thing that sets us apart and enables us to get them the products they need.

New for this year, Affordable Golf is stocking equipment from Ping, Srixon and Yonex, as well as the long-standing favourites: Mizuno, TaylorMade and Callaway, as well as Wilson Staff, Titleist and Cobra.

FAIR

What's more, Affordable Golf also offers part-exchange on all brand name equipment. So, if you've got your heart set on a new piece of gear for the new season, simply bring along your old clubs, bags, trolleys and so on and you will be able to trade it in.

Affordable Golf promises to give you a fair price for your old product and, better yet, you don't necessarily need to trade like-for-like, either. So, if you fancy a new driver, you can trade in a fairway wood, set of irons, wedges or something else you no longer need against it.

The part-exchange aspect of our business is something that our customers seem to really enjoy and so we are delighted to continue to offer it, added Taylor.

Giving people the flexibility they need to get the equipment they desire is just another example of the lengths we'll go to in order to help you get the most out of your game.
