A Scottish Golf championship venue, Williamwood was designed in 1906 by James Braid and is set within 92 acres in parkland, incorporating all of its original features.

Only 15 minutes from Glasgow, the golf club in Netherlee, in East Renfrewshire, is easily accessible from the motorway network. Recent improvements to the course, combined with the creation of a new hole and greater use of existing water features, Williamwood has significantly enhanced its reputation among Scottish golf courses.

The 12th and 13th greens have that hazard in play, as both have large water drop-offs to left and right. The par-5 tenth hole is the longest by a considerable margin at around 525 yards, but you'll find the par-3 fourth and 13th holes less taxing at just over 110 yards each.

Given the location, course condition and terrific views, Williamwood is an excellent choice for anyone playing golf around the Central Belt.
