Sandyhills is situated three miles east from the centre of Glasgow. It is an inland course that stretches over 6, 000 yards and with a par of 71.
There are a number of relatively straightforward holes but they only help to drag you into a false sense of security, as Sandyhills does possess a certain bite to it. There are a couple of steep hills to overcome and various water hazards to avoid. Players with good course management will probably fare best, although it doesn't hurt to just bring out the driver, lash it as best you can and hope for the best.
