Langlands Golf Club

Langlands is a municipal moorland course two miles south of East Kilbride town centre. It is still a reasonably young course but has come on leaps and bounds and is now one of the most popular municipals in the Glasgow area.

The second hole is a particular standout. A par four, you must be straight off the tee as there is trouble left and right, but you wouldn't know that from standing on the tee. The green, too, is well guarded, so saving par is the main priority.

If the wind decides to pick up on the closing stretch of holes you can be in for a hard finish. Still, it's well worth the effort and the green fee.
