Campsie Golf Club

The views of the Campsie Hills as you drive out of Lennoxtown are quite breathtaking. But, fear not, Campsie Golf Club does not present such an unyielding ascent. You play along the line of the hills rather than straight up them. The course starts with a charming lift up to the higher levels and drops back down to earth again at the 17th.

The high point of the round comes at the 13th, although the most noticeable climbs are from holes two to three and 11 to 12. Those two points can be said to be a "good stretch of the legs" but, apart from that and a slight slope to your stroll, Campsie is quite manageable physically.
